  • Express Shipping: Delivered in 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines begin after order processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Orders over £10 qualify for free standard shipping (if applicable).

Delivery Locations:

  • We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • International shipping may be available; additional charges and delivery times will apply.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • These fees are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Returns & Refunds:
